Wellbeing Walk

See, hear, smell and feel the woodland on a calming walk

Jane will take you along quiet woodland tracks and help you experience the woods in a more sensory way by taking time to really notice what is all around you.

Starting from the Crosier Seating at 11:30 am

This will involve walking through the woods on uneven paths and up and down gradients.

 Accompanied children and vulnerable adults welcome.
